Faits intéressants

Calico aster is a branching woodland-edge perennial with numerous small white flowers whose centres gradually change from yellow to reddish-purple, giving the plant a speckled or “calico” appearance.

Calico Aster blooms from late summer into fall. It grows naturally in woodlands, thickets, and moist fields. It tolerates some dry conditions once established.
