Faits intéressants

Smooth Aster is an attractive, upright perennial with smooth bluish-green stems and foliage and lavender-blue flowers with yellow centres. It blooms in late summer and fall and grows naturally in prairies, open woodlands, and dry meadows. It prefers well-drained soil and is particularly useful in sunny native borders. It is drought tolerant once established. It may need support in rich soil where stems become tall. You can divide in spring if clumps become crowded.
