Faits intéressants
Golden Alexanders forms a neat clump of finely divided, bright green foliage. Flat-topped clusters of tiny yellow flowers appear in late spring to early summer, making it one of the earlier native plants to provide strong colour in the garden. It naturally grows in meadows, prairies, open woodlands, woodland edges, and moist areas. It is an excellent choice for native borders, meadow gardens, woodland edges, and rain gardens. It generally forms clumps rather than spreading aggressively. While it tolerates some shade, it flowers best with good sunlight. It prefers moisture but can tolerate average garden conditions once established.
