Faits intéressants

Sky Blue Aster has branching stems and numerous daisy-like flowers in soft sky-blue to lavender-blue, each with a yellow centre. It blooms from late summer into fall, providing colour when many other wildflowers are finishing. It is an excellent choice for a dry meadow, prairie garden, sunny border, or woodland edge. It can become somewhat bushy and branching, giving it a natural rather than formal appearance. It can tolerate drought once established and does best in lean to average soil. You can divide established plants in the spring if they become overcrowded.
