Purple Giant Hyssop is found in rich woodlands, woodland edges, meadows, and moist prairies. It produces tall flower spikes with purple to pinkish blooms and aromatic foliage. It provides excellent late-summer colour and wildlife value. It is excellent for pollinator gardens, naturalized landscapes, and woodland edges. It prefers moist, rich soils but adapts to average garden conditions. Tall plants may benefit from support in windy areas.
