Faits intéressants
Black-eyed Susan is a short-lived perennial with bright yellow, daisy-like flowers surrounding a prominent dark brown centre. It blooms from early summer into fall and is one of the easiest native wildflowers for a beginner to grow. Let it self-seed annually to have plants frm year-to-year. Don't be concerned if an individual plant disappears after a few years. If allowed to self-seed, new plants can appear naturally. It performs best in full sun and tolerates drought once established. It does not need rich soil. If plants become crowded, thin out seedlings rather than trying to divide mature plants.
